Handling all aspects of loans secured by both real and personal property including construction loans, mezzanine loans, conduit (CMBS) loans, credit enhancement including reimbursement agreements, letters of credit and defeasances. 

Assisting clients in the financing of residential, mixed-use, multi-family, commercial, retail projects, shopping centers, office buildings, apartment buildings. 

Negotiating and advising clients on the critical business and legal issues involved in loan applications, commitments and letters of intent.

Negotiating and advising clients on interest rate swaps and other derivatives, rate lock agreements, intercreditor agreements, subordination agreements, estoppels and other tenant-related matters, receivables purchase agreements and lock box and cash management agreements.

Handling issues of importance to developers and lenders relating to the underwriting of loans and real and personal property collateral, including review of title matters, other due diligence, and the negotiation of leases.

Forming special purpose entities (SPEs) to satisfy rating agency requirements in conduit loans.
