MMB Court of Appeal Victory

Morgan Miller Blair just obtained dismissal of an opponent’s appeal in the First District Court of Appeal in San Francisco, preserving our client’s $2.4 Million judgment in a UCC promissory note action. Our client was represented in both the original jury trial and the appeal by Kevin Brodehl and Katherine Wenger. The original trial took place in 2008 in the San Francisco Superior Court.
