Kenneth M. Miller

Ken Miller has over thirty years of experience as a civil trial lawyer, that he brings to bear for clients in real estate related matters.

Ken's practice emphasizes risk management, litigation, and counseling clients in construction, real estate and related insurance issues. A substantial portion of his practice is devoted to complex construction and real estate matters, primarily representing and counseling home builders and developers. He works with senior management of his home builder/developer clients in all aspects of their product construction and sales.  

A trained mediator and arbitrator, Ken pioneered the first advisory jury proceedings in Contra Costa County Superior Court. He has acted as an advocate in hundreds of real estate and construction settlement conferences and mediations.

Ken has handled the following matters for his clients:

Ken served as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation prior to entering private practice. In 1985, he co-founded Morgan Miller Blair with Bert Morgan (ret.) and Richard Blair.

Ken has been recognized as a Northern California "Super Lawyer" in the Law & Politics magazine surveys consecutively from 2004 - 2009.  Ken is also listed in the "Best Lawyers in the Bay Area" directory as published by Bay Area Lawyer Magazine, November/December 2005 issue.
